Meet the team

Meet the Devon HOPE Coordination Team! Please contact your local HOPE Coordinator if you would like more information, or have any questions. We’re more than happy to help!

Liv (South Devon)

Liv Hope

Hi, I’m Liv. I have been involved with the HOPE Programme since it first launched in Torbay in 2017, so 8 years this year! It has been an incredible 8 years supporting the spread and growth of the programme across Devon.

I now focus mainly on the face-to-face HOPE courses in South Devon, along with coordinating the virtual HOPE courses (run on Microsoft Teams).

I do a lot of the marketing and promotion of the programme on social media, which I really enjoy! I’ve lived in Torbay all my life and love going for coastal walks with my partner, two year old daughter and dog, Elvis.

Liv also coordinates the Virtual HOPE Programme, which can be accessed by anyone living in Devon over the age of 18.

Vicki (North Devon)

Hi, I’m Vicki.

I’m thrilled to have joined the HOPE programme in April 2026 as coordinator for North Devon.

Alongside my role with HOPE, I work with the System Change Action Alliance – a fantastic partnership of people from the voluntary, health and public sectors across Northern Devon.

I moved to this beautiful corner of the world in 2023 and enjoy exploring the coastlines and moorlands with my two miniature dachshunds, Albie and Bob.

Hi, I’m Zoe.

I am delighted to have joined the HOPE coordination team in November 2025, covering the Mid Devon and Exeter area. I have been a HOPE facilitator since September 2023 and my passion for this course continues!

It fits perfectly alongside me studying towards a degree in health and social care. Aside from this, I enjoy travelling, cooking and social sports.

Teresa (West Devon)

Hi I’m Teresa

I am delighted to have joined the HOPE Coordination Team in November 2025, covering West Devon, South Hams, and Plymouth. I have been a HOPE Facilitator since June 2023, and my passion for the course continues to grow.

HOPE is a free programme that supports individuals to manage their health and wellbeing while exploring what truly matters to them. This coordination role fits perfectly alongside my work as a Social Prescriber, allowing me to continue supporting people in a holistic and person-centred way.

In my spare time I enjoy countryside / beach walks with my family and cocker spaniel dog (Barney) and have a keen interest in Interior Design.
