How do I book to attend a HOPE course?
The HOPE course will last for six weeks and is free to enrol on to. We ask that you commit to a minimum of 2 hours per week, and if you are joining the Digital or Virtual course that you have internet access and the use of the computer / laptop / smartphone.
There are three versions of the HOPE Programme that are available to people living in Devon, but you may be asking, how do they differ?
Virtual HOPE
Delivered online using Microsoft Teams
- Live course (set dates and times)
- Can only access course at set times
- Commitment of 2 hours per week for 6 weeks (times may differ e.g. 2 x 1-hour slots per week)
- Supported by at least 2 facilitators
- Live communication using audio and webcam
Face-to-Face HOPE
- Delivered in person in community venues across Devon
- Commitment of 2.5 hour per week for six weeks
- Set dates and times
- Supported by at least 2 trained facilitators
Digital HOPE
- Delivered online via iHOPE
- Self-paced over 6 weeks
- Access 24/7 for the 6 weeks
- Recommended commitment of 2 hours per week
- Supported by at least 2 facilitators
- Online chat, group forums, private messaging
- Option to upload media
