Alternatively, if you are unable to download the NHS App you can access all available services by logging in through the NHS website as there is no need to download any additional applications or software.
Who can use the NHS App
To use the NHS App or log in through the NHS website you must be:
- Aged 13 or over
- Registered with an NHS GP surgery in England or the Isle of Man
If you are aged 13 to 15, you must contact your GP surgery to request access to online GP services before you can begin using the NHS App.
The Armed Forces Community
If you are part of the Armed Forces community and currently registered with Defence Medical Services (DMS), you will not be able to access services through the NHS App.
