Face To Face Hope

Register your interest in Face-to-Face HOPE by completing the booking form below.

You can self-refer by filling in the form below, or by contacting the HOPE coordinator. Be aware they will need your full name and contact information, and the dates you would like to attend (these cannot be promised as courses will be booked on a first come first served basis). You can also be referred to the programme by a health and social care professional, who can complete the booking form on your behalf, providing your consent has been gained.

Course dates

New dates will be added as programmes are scheduled. If you can’t see a suitable course for you, this does not stop you from filling in the form and registering your interest. You will be added to a waiting list and contacted by a HOPE coordinator as soon as a course has been arranged.

Course booking form

The Face-to-Face HOPE Programme is available to anyone over the age of 18, living in Devon.

Please be aware the places on the programme are filled on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. We are setting up many more courses, so please keep checking this page.
