It is not unusual to feel low, anxious or panicky at times, we can all experience low mood.
The NHS website have created an easy to use self-assessment mood quiz which you can find using the link below. The questions asked are often used by healthcare professionals to assess whether someone is anxious or depressed.
Remember that this self-assessment is not designed to replace a consultation with your GP or other healthcare professional.
